CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Submission and administration fee of $25 per entry, once you have submitted this entry form we will email you an invoice, once we receive you payment you enter is valid . 2. All models are to be over the age of 16. 3. All submitted images must have been taken in colour on a film or digital camera. 4. Images must not have been previously published. Image must not have won or placed in any other photo competition. 5. Digital manipulation of entered works is allowed, but please keep it to a minimum. 6. All Entry to be entered online. 7. Photo submissions should be a Portrait or square JPG format, please keep the image as big as possible, remember this is a competition so the better quality the image the better chance it has of winning. 8. All online submission must include payment, the correct image quality, the entry form filled out , or your submission will not be accepted. 9. You can submit 1 images per entry form, you can enter as many times as you like. 10. The entry form must be filled out by the person who is entering the competition. No watermarks or text across the photograph. 11. 12 winning inside calendar entries will be selected by a jury panel process for each of the calendars. The identities of the photographers and Models will not be disclosed to jurors. The decision of the jury is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. The cover model will be selected through a web pole or SMS voting system in the month of November. 13. Please use your name and a number for each image so we can identify your photo. (e.g., Veronica1.jpg, Veronica2.jpg). Entries must be received before 1st November. This entry forms can be printed from this link on this page. 14. Winners will receive 1 copies of the Photography News Calendar plus a framed print of they're winning entry. 15. Winning entries and finalists will be phoned and told of their win and where they will appear on the calendar, by 5th December. 16. Photography News may use the images selected to appear in the Photography News Calendar in any media for any promotional purpose associated with the Photography News. Copyright and intellectual property of the images remains the property of the photographer. 17. On the image on the calendar, will be the name of the Models, Makeup Artist, clothing manufactures and the Photographers if they shall wish. 18. Extra Calendars will be available for sale around the 1st December on our Website. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. I acknowledge and agree that the publisher of Photography News, its licensees or assigns may publish or authorize the publication of the pictures of me in any layout or format, in whole or in part, without restriction as to changes or alterations made from time to time and accompanied by any text and/or graphics it chooses without further reference to me. 2. I hereby assign to Photography News the worldwide copyright to use photographs in relation to this calendar competition, in print or electronic media. 3. I release Photography News its employees, agents, related companies and assigns from all actions, suits, causes of action, claims and demands whatsoever which I may have at any time in connection with the photographs or arising from or relating to their publication in print or electronic media, including any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, context or otherwise, including (but not limited to) any action for defamation. 4. I acknowledge that persons sending Photography News photos without the written permission of the subject will be liable to criminal prosecution.
